From maintaining an entirely smoke-free environment to providing 24-hour access to expert health-care professionals, Park Place takes countless steps to ensure your well-being. Our security and fire-suppression systems are positively state-of-the-art. And we’ve adopted an advanced nurse call system that provides every resident with a state-of-the-art emergency pendant. If medical help is needed, residents simply push the button on the pendant, and an electronic signal is sent immediately to our nursing team. These pendants operate anywhere inside the building—summoning help even if a resident is unable to speak or reach a telephone.Laid out like a quaint, shop-lined city street, our lower level leads you to a wealth of recreational resources, including a state-of-the-art exercise room; a hobby kitchen where you can whip up something delicious; an ecumenical chapel; a cozy, well-stocked library with an Internet-connected computer terminal; and a games room where you can play cards and shoot billiards—or simply shoot the breeze.
Upstairs, our Broadway Bistro provides a casual spot to gather for morning and afternoon tea, and for Happy Hour. Our well-appointed Regency Dining Room serves fine dinners every night, and you may even reserve a special private dining salon when hosting family and friends. All of this comes back to the fact that creating opportunities for people to make friends and enjoy the company of others is an important aspect of our wellness-centered philosophy.
