Convalescent Care

At Park Place Retirement Residence and at Ravines, we are well equipped to provide convalescent care, whether post operative or post hospital stay.

Our convalescent rooms are ready for you to simply arrive with your suitcase and personal items. They are completely furnished and tastefully decorated. Television, cable and phone are all included for the price. Enjoy your meals in the Dining Room and socialize with others in our retirement community.

Our special Convalescent Rate is $75. per day to $99. per day, depending on the level of care, and includes:

• Furnished suite complete with television, cable and telephone.
• All meals, housekeeping and laundry
• Registered nursing staff available 24 hours a day. Assistance with activities of daily living
• Emergency nurse call system using state-of-the-art personal pendant
• Activity and Social Program
• Transportation from the hospital and to medical appointments

Respite

Everyone deserves a break once in a while. Park Place and the Ravines are delightful destinations for a respite stay.
Perhaps the family is going on vacation and wants the peace of mind that parents are well looked after in a secure and friendly environment.

Perhaps you are a senior looking for a break from the cold winter winds and weather and are finding that cabin fever is setting in. In the summer, you may be looking for a cool break and a variety of social activities.
We offer respite stays for $75. per day and the price includes:
