The Alavida Palliative Care Info Site and Hotline was created to provide information on palliative care services in the Champlain region to guide you through a difficult time.

Rather than providing patient-specific clinical information, this hotline and info site is intended to inform you on the right service available at the right time for you or a loved one.

However, if you do require medical advice, please call your doctor, your Community Care Access Centre (CCAC) case manager or another member of your health team.

The Alavida Palliative Care Info Site and Hotline provides you with:

- Information about the services and resources available to you in the region
- Information on how to access these services
- The opportunity to ask questions about the different resources available.
